About Paul

After graduating from Kenyon College I chose to go into the construction business which I had been engaged in during the summer breaks.  I"ve worked on a wide range of projects from residential construction, bridge building, high rises, historic restoration, and rehabilitation. After a decade of commercial work I began my own company Sawhorse Design and Renovation.  I also spent time as a Building Official for the City of Cincinnati. I started PRK Homes LLC where I bought, rehabbed and sold houses. I retained my realtor's license and am currently enjoying semiretirement while keeping busy with family, local charities, and the real estate market.
